Yes. We offer a 10% military and first responder discount on select products. Verify your status with GovX at checkout. The discount can’t be combined with other offers, and not all products are eligible.
Expedited fulfillment depends on our current order volume. If you need something sooner, please note it in the special instructions field at checkout or contact us through the website. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
We do not accept changes or cancellations once an order is placed.For shipped orders, please examine your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. If you believe you received the wrong colors, inflate one mini balloon of each color first—true colors only appear once the balloons are inflated.
Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Most orders are packed and leave our studio the next business day. During busier periods, shipping can take up to 3 business days. You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout, and the large majority of orders arrive by that date.
We recommend a full-size SUV (such as a Toyota Sequoia or similar) with seats folded down and no car seats or other items inside. We cannot guarantee that your balloon order will fit in smaller vehicles. If you have questions about whether your vehicle will work, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Pickup is available at our Nokesville studio: 14057 Orlando Rd, Nokesville, VA 20181. You can select your preferred pickup date and time window at checkout.
Helium Products
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Our latex helium balloons typically maintain maximum float for about 5 days, depending on where they are displayed. Galaxy Clusters maintain maximum float for about 3 days. Keep all helium balloons indoors at room temperature and out of direct sunlight for the best results. Galaxy Clusters are recommended for indoor use only—large temperature changes and direct sun can cause the more delicate accents to pop.
We always use 100% pure helium and treat our latex balloons with Hi-Float to help achieve the longest possible float times.
Latex helium balloons can be used indoors or outdoors, though outdoor conditions will shorten their lifespan. Sun, heat, wind, and temperature swings can cause them to oxidize quickly, get very tangled, lose float, or pop prematurely. Foil balloons are especially prone to popping in direct sunlight and in heat. For best results outdoors, keep them in the shade and for shorter periods. Galaxy Clusters should remain indoors only due to their delicate composition.

DIY Balloon Garland Kits

Each kit includes the balloons (plus a few extras), balloon string, rubber bands, hooks, a detailed instruction card, and a color/pattern guide card with a QR code linking to a step-by-step assembly video.

Yes. Our Design Your Own DIY Kit lets you select up to four colors to match your event theme.
We recommend assembling 1–2 days before your event for the freshest look. Assembling earlier than that may lead to slight oxidation, but your garland will still turn out beautifully.
Pre-Inflated Balloon Decor
If you have an issue or question that requires immediate assistance
Indoors, they keep their shiny appearance for about 1–2 days and generally last at least 5 days, though they may gradually lose some shine. Outdoors, they oxidize more quickly and typically last 2–3 days. Direct sunlight or high heat can cause them to pop prematurely.
Pre-inflated garlands and columns are drop-off only. Pre-inflated arches are assembled on-site so they’re ready to impress.
Yes—you can choose your own colors for all our pre-inflated balloon décor. Sizes are set by the product you select. For accents, browse our shop for foil balloons that complement your theme or color palette.
